I bet you’re wondering where the name ‘TYS’ came from. Well, I earned the nickname "Tys" (yes, after Mike Tyson) as a kid because I was determined, tenacious, and never backed down from a challenge. That same energy has fuelled my career, and it’s what drives TYS Coaching today.

From Global Marketing Leadership to Leadership Coaching

Before founding TYS Coaching to focus on senior leadership coaching, I spent years leading high-performing marketing teams across Europe, the US, and LATAM. I worked alongside top executives from Walt Disney, Adobe, Cisco, Sky, and Formula 1, navigating everything from corporate politics to team dynamics. My career wasn’t just about campaigns and KPIs ~ it was about developing people. Seeing my team members grow, thrive, and move into leadership roles was the most rewarding part of my job.

Eventually, I realised that helping others embrace their leadership potential was what I was meant to do. So, I leaped, and TYS Coaching went from dream to reality.
